Who we help

We provide Aged Care support services to:

eligible people aged 65+ years registered with MyAgedCare
First Nations people aged 50+ years
Carers needing a break
People with Compack packages in place pre-hospital discharge

To receive aged care support services, you will need to be registered and assessed by MyAgedCare.
