We help older people to
stay active, connected and in their homes

We do this by providing help with:

  • basic household tasks
  • personal care and grooming
  • social connection (individually and in groups)
  • Respite for carers at home or in community
  • Essential transport assistance 
  • Assistance with phones, tablets and laptops
  • Delivery & Collection point for Meals on Wheels

Who we help

We provide Aged Care support services to:

  • eligible people aged 65+ years registered with MyAgedCare
  • First Nations people aged 50+ years
  • Carers needing a break
  • People with Compack packages in place pre-hospital discharge

To receive aged care support services, you will need to be registered and assessed by MyAgedCare.
